OMR SHEET KNOWHOW

The test begins at 11:00 a.m. You will not be permitted to enter the examination hall after 11:30 a.m.
DO NOT break the seal of the QP booklet before 11:00 a.m.
Read all instructions given on the QP booklet carefully.
Please check your name and application number on the OMR sheet. In case of any discrepancy report IMMEDIATELY to the invigilator.
There is no provision for replacement or exchange of QP booklet nor of the OMR sheet.
Sign in the space provided on the OMR sheet.
Please take proper care of the OMR sheet. Do not fold/mutilate/tamper the barcode or the four black dots at the corners.
The bubbles on the OMR sheet should be filled in using the BLACK ball point pen ONLY. DO NOT use gel pen, pencils or any other color pens. Please refer to the sample OMR sheet to see how to fill it correctly.
Please bubble the answers on the OMR sheet only when you are sure of the answers.

There is no provision to change the answer(s) once bubbled.
If you mark any answers on the QP booklet, they will not be considered for evaluation.
Write the LAST THREE DIGITS of your application number on EVERY page of the QP booklet.
Mobile phones are NOT allowed inside the exam hall, even in silent mode.
Books, loose papers, written notes, clip boards, log tables, calculators, pagers or any other electronic gadgets in any form are not allowed inside the examination hall.
Possession of any of the above or adoption of any unfair means / impersonation / misconduct during the examination will automatically lead to cancellation of the candidature.
The invigilator will announce “End of the Examination” at 01:00 p.m. After collection of all the OMR and QP booklets, and verification by the invigilators, you will be allowed to leave the examination hall.
